On-premise AI · Durgapur & Kolkata, India info@delipat.com
Running on-premise · Built in India

Your AI should live inside your business.

Private models on hardware you own. They read your Tally and your CRM, do the work your team does by hand, and stop for your approval before anything is written.

No sales deck. A working conversation about your systems.

Clients

We are not a new company with a new idea.

These businesses already run on systems we built — across manufacturing, healthcare, finance, property and retail, in India, the US, the UK and Australia. On-premise AI is the newest thing we build for them, not the first.

The problem

Three walls every owner hits after the demo.

Not curiosity. Everyone is curious. These are the reasons AI never makes it past the pilot.

01 Risk

The data cannot leave

Your ledgers, costings, contracts and designs are the business. Pasting them into a public AI service is a decision most owners are not willing — and often not allowed — to make.

02 Cost

The bill grows with usage

Cloud AI charges per message. Cheap in a pilot with five people. At two hundred people asking questions all day, the invoice stops being predictable.

03 Depth

Chatbots talk, they don't work

A chatbot answers a question. It does not read yesterday's outstanding from Tally, draft the follow-up, log the activity and put it in front of you for approval.

What we build

Three layers, delivered as one system.

Layer 01 — Infrastructure

Private AI on your own hardware

We install and tune open language models on a machine that sits in your office. No per-message billing, no third party holding your data.

  • Runs inside your firewall
  • Tuned on your documents and processes
  • Fixed monthly cost, not a metered bill
Layer 02 — Agents

Agents that do the work

Not a chat window. Agents that carry out multi-step jobs across your systems — and stop for a human before anything is written.

  • Creates records, drafts quotes, chases payments
  • Every write held for named approval
  • Full audit trail of what it did and why
Layer 03 — Integration

Connected to what you already run

Eighteen years of business-system integration is why this part works. Your existing software stays exactly where it is.

  • Tally Prime, read over your local network
  • Salesforce, Zoho, SAP and custom ERPs
  • No migration, no rip-and-replace
How it works

Four steps. One department first, never the whole company.

Most AI projects die because someone tried to change everything at once. We start narrow, prove it, then widen.

Step 01

Audit

We map where your data lives, what your team does by hand every day, and what a local model can realistically take over. You get a written blueprint and a hardware recommendation — yours whether or not you work with us.

Step 02

Install

The machine goes into your office. Models installed, tuned to your language and your documents, tested against real questions from your team — not benchmark questions.

Step 03

Connect and prove

We wire the AI into one system — usually Tally or your CRM — and put it in front of one team. It runs read-only until you trust the answers.

Step 04

Let it act

Once the answers are right, the agents switch on. Every action queues for approval before it touches live data. You widen department by department at your own pace.

In their words

The AI is new. Making software work inside a real company is not.

“Extremely professional and proficient. They deciphered the issue and implemented a change that solved it in no time. By far the best help I have hired.”

Matt RogersSalesforce reporting

“Excellent communication, and they understand business processes well. Very quick at task and project completion.”

Zorawar BatraSalesforce developer and architect

On-premise AI readiness audit

A working session, not a pitch. At the end you have a written blueprint you can act on with us or without us.

  • Where your data is exposed. Which paths currently send company information to public AI services.
  • What can be connected. Whether Tally, your CRM and your ERP can be read the way this needs.
  • What it will cost. Hardware, build and running cost, against what the manual work costs you today.
  • What to automate first. The one workflow worth starting with — and the ones that are not.

Questions

The things owners actually ask.

What does this cost?
A first working system is typically ₹2–3 lakh to build, with a support retainer from ₹30,000 a month. Genuinely complex multi-department agents run higher. Hardware is a separate one-time purchase. You get the real number at the audit, before you commit to anything.
What hardware do I need?
For most mid-sized businesses one machine with 64GB of unified memory, or a single GPU server, serves an entire team. It sits in your office beside your existing servers. Typically ₹3–6 lakh, bought once. We size it during the audit so you do not overspend.
How is this different from my team using ChatGPT?
Two differences that matter. The model runs on your hardware, so your financials and customer data are not pasted into somebody else's service. And our agents act inside your systems rather than only answering questions in a chat box.
Can the AI change my accounts without asking?
No. Every write is held in an approval queue and a named person approves or rejects it before it touches live data. This is built into the architecture, not a setting someone can casually switch off.
Does it work with Tally and my existing ERP?
Yes. We read Tally Prime over your local network and sync it into a database the AI can query, so Tally itself is never at risk. The same approach works for Salesforce, Zoho, SAP and custom systems. Nothing is migrated.
Is my data completely cut off from the internet?
The AI model and your business data stay on your hardware. If you choose a channel like WhatsApp to talk to the system, messages travel through that channel the way any business message does. We document exactly which parts touch the outside and which do not, in writing, at the audit.

Start with a conversation about your systems.

Thirty minutes. We look at what you run and what your team repeats every day, then tell you honestly whether on-premise AI is worth it for you yet.
